The first was a two-story administration building, approximately 54,000 square feet, built with a steel structure and insulated metal siding. The second was a partial two-story building, serving as a maintenance, control room, laboratory, and office space, covering about 89,218 square feet.
Given the corrosive properties of Potash, the design required specialized finishes and protective coatings to ensure durability. The remote location operated as a campsite, with workers residing on-site and completing tasks 7 days a week on a rotational schedule. This setup demanded intricate logistics, thorough coordination, and precise communication. These buildings were critical to supporting the staff operating the extensive mine site.
